GERMAN SHORTHAIRED POINTER
The German Shorthaired Pointer (GSP) is a versatile, medium-to-large hunting dog known for its energy, intelligence, and loyalty. At Nosam Kennels in Kentucky, we breed GSPs that excel both in the field and as loving family companions. Developed in 19th century Germany as an all-purpose gun dog for land and water, the GSP today remains one of the world’s most accomplished hunting and sporting breeds. Our Kentucky-raised GSP puppies are carefully selected for health, temperament, and natural ability, making them ideal retrievers, bird dogs, and active family pets.

HUNGARIAN VIZSLAS
The Vizsla, also known as the Hungarian or Magyar Vizsla, is a versatile sporting dog and loyal family companion. At Nosam Kennels in Kentucky, we raise Vizslas that excel as hunting dogs, particularly for upland game and fowl, while also thriving as devoted household pets. As the smallest of the all-around pointer-retriever breeds, the Vizsla’s medium size, athleticism, and affectionate temperament make it a perfect fit for active families and hunters alike. Through the centuries, Vizslas have earned a rare reputation among sporting breeds for combining exceptional field ability with deep devotion to their human families.
